BioSentry ® Microbial water quality monitoring analyzer
The JMAR BioSentry system is a new generation of pollutant alert system launched by an American instrument manufacturer. It uses laser generated multi angle light scattering technology (MALS) to generate unique bio optical signals (BOS) from microorganisms, and then compares and classifies them through a developed pathogen detection database, thereby achieving detection of pathogensContinuous, online, and real-time monitoring and classification of harmful microorganisms in waterWidely used in surface water, rivers, lakes, water sources, drinking water, and water treatment plants, it has achieved comprehensive water quality safety control and monitoring of water quality exceeding standards.

Timely event notification
Once the water quality exceeds the standard and is not treated in a timely manner, it will increase the risk and cost. When BioSentry detects a water quality infection event, the system will automatically sound an alarm and notify remote operators to achieve the most timely response and effective handling.
BioSentry is easy to install, consumes no reagents, and has low maintenance costs, truly achieving cost-effectiveness and system efficiency, thus setting new standards for water quality monitoring and safety.

BioSentry ® Technical Introduction
To ensure the safety and purity of water quality, traditional methods include intermittent, random sample collection and time-consuming laboratory analysis. Although this traditional method is still a standard for water quality monitoring, it is not practical in practical applications. The random sample collection method only provides the water quality situation at a certain moment and a stationary position, which cannot achieve comprehensive and continuous water quality warning, and thus cannot achieve rapid monitoring of water quality exceeding standards and timely response and treatment. Therefore, traditional testing cannot solve the problem. However, BioSentry can perform continuous and comprehensive water quality monitoring, identify microorganisms in real time, and notify events in a timely manner, effectively ensuring water quality safety.
BioSentry ®-- The ideal solution
Overcoming the shortcomings of traditional random testing methods, BioSentry ® The system directly conducts continuous water flow analysis on the source of pollution, achieving comprehensive real-time monitoring and the most timely warning notification.
Multi angle light scattering technology (MALS))
BioSentry ® Utilizing patented multi angle light scattering technology, as well as laser, optical, and image processing operations for water quality monitoring. When small molecule substances pass through a laser beam, MALS produces a unique type of light scattering, causing microorganisms to produce bio optical signals (BOS), Ultimately achieving the detection and classification of microorganisms.

Test channel
BioSentry ® The system uses four channels to monitor, test, and classify microbial molecular substances. Each channel detects microbial particles within a certain shape and size range, including microorganisms with diameters ranging from 0.4 micrometers to 10 micrometers. Channel 1 detects the smallest rod-shaped particles (with diameters ranging from 0.4 to 4.0 micrometers). Channel 2 detects slightly larger (1 to 3 micrometers in diameter) egg shaped particles. Channel 3 detects egg shaped particles with diameters ranging from 3.0 to 10 microns. Particles that cannot be recognized by the system calibration database are automatically assigned to channel 4 ("unknown" channel)
